A Message to Our Patients and Community,

At 360 Back and Spine, we are committed to making the health and safety of our patients, staff, and community a priority. As the COVID-19 situation continues to unfold, we wanted to respond accordingly and strategize to ensure safe access to care for our patients as well as a safe work environment for our staff.

For this reason, we have made the decision to make some changes:

  • We are currently open during normal business hours. To continue seeing our patients we have decreased the volume of patient visits per day and are instructing our patients to only bringing one person (if necessary) to their appointment.
  • Hygiene is taken very seriously in our office. All rooms, chairs, and tables will continue to be cleaned after every visit.
  • As an extra precaution, all stacks, candies, and magazines have been removed to eliminate potential contact surfaces.
  • Masks are provided if necessary.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us during normal business hours and one of our staff will be happy to help!

Also, due to the extension of the COVID-19 restrictions, we will now be offering telemedicine appointments with Dr. Kinchen. If this is something that interests you, please feel free to give us a call to learn how to set up a virtual appointment.

It is always are goal to provide excellent quality care that is seamless for every patient. We remain committed to implementing policies that will allow that to continue during this crisis and will continue to diligently follow government and public health guidelines concerning COVID-19.
